Billing & Payment Policy

Prices and Charges

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. The checkout page will display the merchandise total, any applicable shipping charge, taxes, discounts, and the final order total before purchase.

A shipping promotion applies only when the order qualifies and checkout displays the applicable shipping charge as free. Mevlora may change prices, shipping rates, or promotions at any time, but the amount displayed and accepted at checkout applies to that order unless there is an obvious error or a legally required correction.

A later price decrease does not create an automatic right to a refund of the difference. A later price increase does not create an additional charge for an accepted order.

Payment Authorization

Payment is generally due in full when the order is placed. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

You authorize Mevlora and its payment providers to authorize and collect the amount shown for the order.

Mevlora may review or delay an order when payment is declined, cannot be verified, appears unauthorized, or presents a reasonable fraud risk.

If payment cannot be confirmed, Mevlora may cancel the order.

Billing and Account Information

You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing, contact, and shipping information.

Mevlora may limit or cancel quantities associated with the same customer, household, account, payment method, billing address, shipping address, or related orders.

If an order is changed or canceled, Mevlora will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the information provided during checkout.

If Mevlora cancels a charged order, the canceled amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation

To request cancellation, email contact@Mevlora.com as soon as possible.

Mevlora will make reasonable efforts to cancel an order before processing or shipment. We do not guarantee that a cancellation request can be completed after fulfillment has begun.

If an order is successfully canceled, any refundable amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled through billing. An eligible product may instead be returned under the 30-day Return and Refund Policy.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless another method is required by law.

After Mevlora submits a refund, the payment provider may require additional time to display it.

Shipping charges are refundable when required by law or when the return results from an error by Mevlora; otherwise, original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge, duplicate payment, canceled order, or refund is incorrect, contact Mevlora so we can investigate.

You retain any right provided by law to contact your bank or payment provider.

Mevlora may provide the provider with order, communication, fulfillment, tracking, delivery, return, and refund records when responding to a payment dispute.
