Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Mevlora.com and purchases from Mevlora. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies included in this document.
If you do not agree, do not use the store. Nothing in these Terms limits a right that cannot lawfully be waived.
Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if higher, and able to enter a binding agreement.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your account credentials, and promptly notifying Mevlora of suspected unauthorized account activity.
Products, Prices, and Availability
Mevlora sells collectible card products, hobby boxes, trading card products, supplies, and related items. Product photographs and packaging are provided for reference. Manufacturers may change artwork, packaging, configurations, or release details.
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless the store clearly states otherwise. Products, prices, promotions, and availability may change before an order is accepted. A listing does not guarantee inventory.
If a listing contains an obvious price, description, or availability error, Mevlora may correct it and may cancel the affected order or ask whether you wish to proceed under the corrected information.
Mevlora may limit quantities per customer, household, account, payment method, billing address, shipping address, or related order. These limits may be used for high-demand products, suspected misuse, fraud prevention, inventory allocation, or fair access.
Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Mevlora may review an order for payment confirmation, inventory, address accuracy, quantity limits, and fraud prevention.
Mevlora may decline or cancel an order for a lawful business reason, including unavailable inventory, payment failure, an obvious listing error, suspected unauthorized activity, or an incorrect or undeliverable address.
If Mevlora cancels a paid order, the canceled amount will be returned to the original payment method. Posting time depends on the payment provider.
Payment
Payment is due at checkout unless Mevlora has approved different written terms for a wholesale transaction.
Available payment methods and any applicable tax, shipping charge, or other disclosed charge will appear at checkout.
You represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Mevlora may request reasonable verification before fulfillment.
If payment cannot be authorized or confirmed, the order may be delayed or canceled.
Collectible and Sealed-Product Risk
Sealed collectible products contain randomized or manufacturer-selected contents. Unless a product page expressly guarantees an item, Mevlora does not guarantee a particular card, autograph, memorabilia item, player, team, parallel, insert, pull, hit, insertion ratio, grade, or market value.
A disappointing pull, change in market value, ordinary manufacturer collation variance, or failure to receive a desired card is not by itself a defect.
Once a sealed collectible product is opened, the Return and Refund Policy applies and the product is generally not eligible for a change-of-mind return.
Pre-Orders and Backordered Products
A pre-order or backordered product may have a different processing or delivery timeframe. The expected availability or shipping estimate will be communicated on the product page or through customer communication.
Manufacturer release dates and distributor allocation dates are estimates and may change.
If an order includes both available and pre-order or backordered products, Mevlora may ship the order together or separately depending on product availability and fulfillment requirements.
Separate shipments may have separate tracking information.
Cancellations and Returns
If you need to cancel an order, contact contact@Mevlora.com as soon as possible.
Mevlora will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request before the order is processed or shipped, but cancellation is not guaranteed.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot normally be canceled and the Return and Refund Policy applies.
Eligible returns must be requested within 30 days after delivery. Specific requirements and exclusions appear in the Return and Refund Policy.
Acceptable Use
You may not use Mevlora.com to violate law, commit fraud, impersonate another person, submit false information, interfere with site operation, introduce malicious code, evade quantity limits, access another person's account, harass customers or staff, or conduct unauthorized automated purchasing, scraping, scanning, or data collection.
Intellectual Property
The Mevlora name, site design, original text, photographs, graphics, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, scrape, modify, or commercially exploit those materials without permission.
Manufacturer names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mevlora.com and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.
Mevlora does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or a specific delivery date.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mevlora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profit, data, opportunity, or market value.
Where permitted, Mevlora's aggregate liability relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where another law must apply to preserve a non-waivable right.
The parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute through customer service. Any venue requirement remains subject to applicable consumer-protection law.
Changes to These Terms
Mevlora may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date.
The Terms in effect when an order is accepted generally govern that order, except where a change is required by law or agreed in writing.
