Wholesale Policy

Eligibility and Approval

Mevlora may offer wholesale access to qualified retailers and resellers. Approval is discretionary and does not guarantee inventory, pricing, allocations, or future order acceptance.

To inquire, email contact@Mevlora.com with the subject WHOLESALE APPLICATION. Include a description of the business, products sold, operating history, website or storefront information, physical business address, resale certificate or tax-exemption documentation where applicable, and other information reasonably requested for verification.

Wholesale products must be purchased for legitimate resale and not primarily for personal use. Mevlora may decline unverified businesses, suspected fraud, misleading resale activity, or applications that do not provide sufficient information.

Wholesale Pricing

Wholesale prices are displayed or communicated only to approved customers and may change according to inventory, market conditions, manufacturer restrictions, allocations, or account status. Account-specific pricing, discounts, and allocations are confidential unless Mevlora gives written permission to disclose them.

A manufacturer may impose minimum advertised pricing, channel restrictions, geographic limits, or other reseller requirements. The wholesale customer is responsible for complying with applicable manufacturer agreements and law.

Payment

Wholesale orders must be paid in full before shipment unless Mevlora approves different terms in writing. Available payment methods and any shipping charge, tax, or other applicable amount will be shown or communicated before the order is completed. Mevlora may verify the business, purchaser, payment method, or delivery address before fulfillment.

Shipping and Fulfillment

Wholesale orders are generally subject to the Shipping Policy, including the 1–2 business-day processing estimate, the 3–5 business-day delivery estimate after shipment, and shipping charges displayed during checkout. Free shipping applies only when checkout or a written wholesale offer shows that the order qualifies.

Large orders, allocated products, split shipments, pre-orders, and backordered products may require different processing or delivery timelines. Mevlora will communicate a different estimate when reasonably available. Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Allocations and Availability

High-demand releases and manufacturer allocations may prevent Mevlora from supplying every requested quantity. Mevlora may limit quantities, split shipments, decline an order, or cancel an unavailable line. An out-of-stock product is not automatically backordered unless Mevlora confirms otherwise.

Wholesale Returns and Claims

Unless Mevlora agrees to a different written term before purchase, an eligible unopened wholesale product may be returned under the 30-day Return and Refund Policy. Opened sealed collectible products are final sale except where applicable law or a written warranty requires a remedy.

Report a wrong item, verified shortage, or delivery damage promptly. Keep all packaging and provide photographs and order information. Return shipping for an approved change-of-mind wholesale return is generally the buyer's responsibility. Mevlora will provide a prepaid label when a return is required because of a verified Mevlora error or covered delivery damage.

Manufacturer-controlled defects in individual cards or pack contents may need to be submitted through the manufacturer's support process.

Account Suspension or Termination

Mevlora may suspend or terminate wholesale access for inaccurate application information, payment fraud, abusive disputes, unauthorized disclosure of confidential pricing, violation of manufacturer restrictions, misuse of allocations, unlawful resale activity, or a material violation of these policies.

Termination of wholesale access does not remove payment, return, confidentiality, or legal obligations relating to earlier orders.
